I believe that each of us has what it takes to achieve balance in our lives and cultivate wellness. Through the principles of Choice theory my clients are encouraged to achieve their goals in the realms of mind, body, and soul. That by integrating these elements with my intuition and skills we can achieve an optimal healing environment.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor I utilize Reality Therapy as a practical method of helping people take control of their lives. I teach you to examine your own behaviors as to how they are hindering or helping you in your quest to bring balance into your life.

I work with children, teenagers, couples, and families by positive planning to assist as they gain control of their lives as well as to fulfill their realistic wants and needs. By doing so the result is increased self-confidence, better relationships, and the development of a personal plan for a more mindful and effective life.
