I am best suited for individuals who are psychologically minded and searching for an integration of existential principles and ideas with standard psychotherapeutic modalities.

I am comfortable using a variety of research-based models, as is appropriate for the presenting issues and temperament of the individual. I am particularly interested in the integration of existential psychotherapy, mindfulness meditation and practice into standard psychotherapy and I have attended extensive week-long training workshops to learn these methods.
