I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years and will work with you to alleviate your symptoms as quickly as possible whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, stress, or grief. I will help to guide you in discovering your "best self" through emotional and physical healing utilizing mental health therapy, yoga, coaching, and other specialized wellness interventions. You will be able to quickly reprocess and reframe negative beliefs that prevent you from achieving your ultimate goals by reprocessing trauma, developing mindfulness and emotion regulation skills, and improving physical and emotional health.
I utilize a holistic combination of treatments with you to improve your emotional and physical health using EMDR, DBT, FSAP, and mindfulness to address anxiety and stress, depression, and behavioral addictions and compulsions, such as eating, sex, gambling, smoking, and other compulsive behaviors to help you find your best self.
I am a Yoga Teacher and encourage clients to attend our free yoga classes as part of the treatment process. Along with increasing strength, flexibility, and balance, yoga also teaches mindfulness skills and will help you develop a healthy mind-body connection essential to the healing process.
