A respected therapist for 15 years, I offer couple, family, individual and sex therapy in a relaxed environment. My style is warm, gentle and direct, focused on helping you achieve meaningful change as quickly as possible. My skills lie in listening carefully for what is hard to say, and in asking thought-provoking questions that bring new perspective to your experience. Whether I am working with individuals, couples or families, my intention is to strengthen you, and help you make important decisions thoughtfully and with care, whatever those decisions may be.

I am highly experienced and comfortable with most concerns people bring to therapy. I have trained extensively in Canada, Europe and the US, am the Ethics Specialist for the Ontario Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, an instructor with the University of Guelph, and a consultant to other therapists.

I offer two locations: a lovely old cottage-style home near the lake in Etobicoke and an office by the Dupont Subway station downtown. Appointments are available in the daytime and evening. Some of my colleagues and associates also offer weekend appointments.
