Each person, couple or family who comes to see me is different and has unique needs! My clients have ranged from 18 to 80+ and come individually, as half of a partnership, or part of a family.
Although I do treat individuals for general depression, anxiety, grief and addictions, the majority of my practice is devoted to sexual and relationship concerns, intimacy disorders and healthy dating and sexuality.

Involves directive and non-directive/supportive sessions to address sexual and healthy sexuality concerns. Much of how you think and feel involves your adaptation and response to other people. Group becomes a microcosm of the outside (macrocosm). As you become more comfortable being real in group (sharing your thoughts, feelings, needs and wants appropriately), while learning how to give and receive feedback (containment), you will likely begin to use these behavior patterns outside the group.
