Far too often, we confront barriers to attending to our emotional well-being in the hustle of our busy lives. I am honored to share some information about myself and my practice to aide you in this journey. My primary goal is to create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere in which we might develop a solid working relationship. After one or two sessions, we will collaboratively generate a treatment plan. My methods are eclectic and geared toward the needs of the individual and the nature of the problem.

I have chosen to locate my practice in an area of town in which you can avail yourself of a number of activities to promote health and wellness. Located in the historic 12th South district you will find yoga, massage, art classes, and a local Park for relaxation and exercise.”
