People who are striving to make and sustain positive change in their lives by exploring different perspectives have benefitted from working with me. Developing awareness and compassion to fully embrace the present moment are foundations of my therapeutic approach. I am particularly interested in working with people dealing with relationship issues, grief, self-esteem, trauma and parents of children with special needs. I believe that every person has the capacity to develop greater mindfulness and move toward increasing balance in their life.I am committed to assist people on this journey.
