In my safe, comfortable office adults learn to develop resiliency and improve their relationship skills as they create a healthy, rewarding life. Adolescents engage with ease, build self-awareness and raise their self-esteem. Children enjoy learning social and coping skills through art and play therapy.

I have many years of experience, as a therapist, that are built on more years of experience in developmental psychology. Those years have taught me the importance of working holistically with emotions, thoughts and behaviors. Using an integrated humanistic approach I've successfully led many people through their healing process.
