Whether you are an adult having difficulty coping with life stresses, a parent looking for support in managing a difficult child, or a preteen or teenager trying to figure out who you are and what to do next, I can help. Working with you in a safe, supportive environment, I will listen compassionately to your story, and then help you create changes in your thinking, feeling and behavior that will allow you to identify and resolve worries and hurts, communicate better with others, improve your relationships and enhance your ability to cope with life's disappointments and stresses.

I have a Masters in Social Work and extensive experience counseling adults, youth and families, including eight years as a school social worker. I have specialized training in women's issues, child/adolescent development, bullying, school avoidance, behavior management, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, stress management, insomnia, blended families, and parenting.

My office is located on the corner of 78th and Pacific Streets. Call today for a free phone consultation, or email me through the link above. I offer day, evening and weekend appointments. I look forward to hearing from you.
