I realize that sharing the most intimate details of your life with a stranger can feel really vulnerable. I work to create a space in which you feel safe, accepted, connected, and supported in sharing your struggles. Having such an environment can help you gain insight about yourself, patterns of interacting with others, and how to bring about change.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist, able to meet with you in person. I provide therapy for a variety of struggles from situational or adjustment concerns to severe depression, anxiety, trauma, or eating disorders.

I am also a consultant, able to work with you toward general personal goals or specifically on parenting to guide your efforts to improve how you raise your kids. These services are offered over the phone and internet so you can benefit from them in the comfort of your home.
