I have seen significant changes happen with the combination of cognitive behavioral therapy and hypnotherapy/guided imagery when a person is stuck in old habits. This especially comes into play with Clinical Depression, a thought disorder which is socially "contagious", meaning that it affects everyone closely associated with the depressed person.

22 years of experience makes for a lot of insight regarding human behavior and how relationships work (and don't work). The assessment sheds light on where the most powerful stressors are, both past and present. "Knowldge is power", so I give a lot of handouts and "assignments" for reading, etc.”
