“I believe it is important to understand your strengths, needs, and experiences in order to personalize treatment and help you to attain your own personal aspirations. Often times, anxiety, depression, or past trauma can create obstacles that cause difficulties in your personal, social and professional lives. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches and I incorporate Mindfulness, Guided Imagery as well as EMDR to help you learn new skills and increase your confidence. My clients include: children 10 and older, adolescents, parents, adults, and couples. I encourage acceptance and understanding of oneself in order to have greater connection and compassion in life.

My areas of interest include but are not limited to working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, relationship and parenting issues. I am trained in EMDR with children and adults. I teach Interpersonal, Emotion Regulation, and Distress Tolerance skills to help you gain new insights.

I see individuals and also do group counseling on topics including: Mindfulness, Parenting, and Interpersonal Relationships. I am on insurance panels and also accept private-pay clients. If you could benefit from counseling, come and see me. I look forward to meeting you!”
