I am experienced in working with cross-cultural issues. I understand the challenges that are faced when coming from a different culture and how it can effect your identity and relationships. I have found great success in treating anxiety and phobias. I incorporate a well-rounded multi-faceted approach that works and provides lasting change.

In addition, I specialize in depression, parent issues and life transitions. I offer a holistic and eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating several different modalities. My orientation is experiential and active based on your needs.
