“I know that therapy can make an enormous difference in people's lives. I've seen it. And if you're considering therapy, you've probably reached a point where you realize that something's got to change. Getting that change started is a big step. And finding someone you feel comfortable with makes all the difference. I'll want first and foremost to understand the situation you're in, and to get a sense of how you see things. I'll want to understand what you've been experiencing, and what sorts of changes you'd like to see.

Once we have a clear understanding of what's happening for you, and a sense of where you want things to go, then--together--we'll get you there. It takes work, and it's not always easy, but if you're working with the right person, things will change.

I'm a graduate of MIT, a faculty member in the Graduate Program in Holistic Counseling at Salve Regina University, and I've trained therapists around the world. I've practiced Gestalt therapy with individuals, couples, and families for over a decade. There's nothing I'd rather be doing.”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
