“The relationship you have with your therapist is one of the most important in your life. To progress in counseling, you need to feel validated and understood by your counselor. My clients all tell me that the number one attribute that they appreciate in me as a therapist is my ability to make them feel comfortable and like a real person, experiencing real problems. To quote author Adair Lara, "Normal is just a setting on the dryer." Life is difficult, we all need help getting through it sometimes.

I believe in love being one of the strongest influences in our lives, so I enjoy helping couples work through their issues. I have worked with many different couples on a variety of issues. I also specialize in Infertility and Postpartum Depression as these are very hard situations for women.

I am a trained Family Court Mediator and am able to help my clients express their feelings and negotiate a solution whether it is at the beginning of a relationship or the end. This training also allows me to perform custody evaluations, supervision and testimony. Due to clients' busy scehdules, I offer confidential phone counseling.”
