Restoration Counseling

I have over ten years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in the New Orleans area. I have worked with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, transition, marriage, parenting, and questions concerning spirituality. As a military chaplain's wife, I also have experience working with families of servicemen dealing with pre/post deployment issues. I am a holistic cognitive-behavioral counselor. I believe that we have five different parts (physical, cognitive, emotional, social, & spiritual) which make up our person. If one or more of these parts are unhealthy, the health of the remaining parts are impacted.

Based on these beliefs, I help my clients create goals in all five areas of the person. My goal as a counselor is to help you define holistic health in your life as well as give you the tools to maintain that health long after we conclude our work together.
