I provide individual & family therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I also provide premarital couple individual and group therapy. Active and Active Teen Parenting series with a certificate upon completion is also available for individual or group setting. Parent sessions are used to help parents develop strategies to work with their children and adolescents at home.
Family therapy is used to help each members understand how they can strengthen and support each other. Individual, adult work is done around issues such as: depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, grief issues, stress management, divorce, blended families, domestic violence, family relationships, women's issues, past trauma, parenting, etc.
I am available for trainings and conference workshops for churches, child care centers, schools, agencies, etc. Parents may request an on site visit to a school or childcare center for me to observe a child with the school or child care center's permission.

Active Parenting is an evidence based model which is video-based and very interactive and not boring! I always enjoy these classes and I learn as much as each participant. There are two classes ages 5-12 and Teen Parenting. We also have Christian and step-parenting specific classes upon your request.
