Having been in practice as a clinical psychologist for over 40 years in the San Diego community, I offer my clients the experience and wisdom that has been gathered over time. My personal belief is that each individual has a unique perspective that must be understood, and that every individual has the strength and ability to successfully address and resolve troubling issues.
I enjoy assisting individuals in ways that enhance self-esteem, defeat feelings of hopelessness, and lead to clear solutions. I particularly enjoy working with military spouses, the elderly, and people struggling with PTSD issues. Additionally, I am certified to work with individuals from many differing cultural backgrounds.
Additionally, I have taught classes and provided supervision and training to psychology students aspiring to become licensed therapists. I am also an active member of the San Diego Psychological Association, the California Psychological Association & the American Psychological Association. I look forward to assisting you in achieving your personal goals.
