I facilitate clients' understanding their unproductive thinking and behavior patterns that are often formulated by past experiences. These may be negatively contributing to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. Clients learn "tools" for self-empowerment. For example, learn how to have a more positive perspective, to set boundaries, to manage negative emotions and have more satisfying relationships. I utilize Transformational Counseling or "talk therapy" to understand and improve thinking patterns that contribute to negative emotional responses. Additionally, I offer Hypno-Behavioral Therapy techniques which access and release the negative emotional source of issues. I teach Emotional Freedom Techniques to empower clients in managing and releasing negative emotions.
