My specialty is in helping children (ages 3-11 years) heal from the inside out through Play Therapy techniques. I will help you and your child get through the roughest of times through a natural, child-friendly approach. Your child will "work" through emotional distress and problematic behaviors to reach their full potential at school, home, and within peer relationships! In addition to working with your child, I also provide helpful parenting strategies to maximize the effects of your child's therapy.
Specific areas of treatment include: Problematic Behaviors, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Childhood Trauma/Losses, Difficulty Adjusting to Stressful Situations, and other childhood challenges.
I also enjoy working with Adults (18+) and Adolescents (12-17 years) enduring various emotional, social, and familial challenges, as well as life transitions through the use of various evidenced-based treatment models suitable for the person and situation.
