My goal as a therapist is to help individuals and couples realize their full potential in a safe, caring, nurturing and challenging environment.
My expertise include working with adolescents with behavioral and emotional problems; divorce and blended family issues, as well as, couple's counseling (marital/pre- marital). I have extensive experience treating anxiety, trauma, and relational issues.
I utilize brain based approaches such as NLP (neurolinguistic programing), RRT (rapid resolution therapy) and trance work. I am also a Reiki Master and I love to help clients heal utilizing Psychotherapeutic Reiki. Please note that I do not see clients with major depression, suicidal ideation (past/present) and self harm behaviors.
