Clients who are motivated to change and to learn new skills do well in therapy. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and hypnosis offers you the ability to manage anxiety and physical health issues that are made worse by stress.

My training is in CBT, which tends to be brief (10-15 sessions) and 'solution oriented' I also hypnosis to access your ability to learn control over psychosomatic disorders, anxiety, chronic pain, PTSD, smoking and over-eating.

I am especially helpful with clients who suffer with anxiety and habit disorders, such as smoking or overeating.
