Bay Area Adult ADHD

Marriage & Family Therapist , MS , MFT

(415) 742-2901
I specialize in diagnosing and treating Adults with ADD/ADHD. My treatment style combines techniques from Mindfulness Practice with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Receiving a thorough assessment from a therapist specializing in ADHD is an important first step towards managing ADHD. Not every person who receives a diagnosis has every symptom of ADD/ADHD or experiences the severity of symptoms to the same degree. As part of your assessment we will determine what symptoms of ADD/ADHD are affecting your life and focus treatment on your particular presentation of ADD/ADHD.
In addition to my clinical training I hold additional degrees in Organizational Communication and Management, and bring this experience to our work together to help you develop concrete systems to organize for success.
Please visit my website for further information, or take the next step and call today for a fee phone consultation to explore how you might benefit from assessment and treatment for ADD/ADHD.
