In working with individuals, couples, and families, I continually strive to be accepting, collaborative, and genuine with my clients. I am experienced in the areas of depression, anxiety and panic attacks, grief and loss, premarital and marital counseling, trauma and PTSD, gay and lesbian issues, recovery and twelve step work, and women's issues.

I am a level two EMDR practitioner who has used this technique for over ten years to help clients address trauma and PTSD. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and other specialized techniques addressing relationship issues in couples therapy.

I utilize guided imagery and other complementary therapies to assist in the body, mind, spirit connection.
