As self-understanding, insight & perspective are gained individuals and relationships grow. People can heal from past experiences, develop healthy communication patterns, & improve quality of life.

My knowledge as an adjunct professor of Life Span Development enhances therapeutic work. Developmental changes occur from birth to elderhood. These physical, cognitive and social-emotional changes can affect individuals and their family. Knowledge & understanding about these changes are valuable to myself and the client.”
