The decision to seek counseling can be difficult. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment for growth and change. With sensitivity and compassion, I work with my clients to find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and to change the patterns that no longer work for you. I will work closely with you to understand your goals for counseling and build on the strengths you already possess.

Among my areas of expertise are anxiety and depression, childhood trauma, sexual trauma, LGBTQ identity and gender transition. In addition I have advance training in treating complex childhood trauma, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and gender transition.

Accessible office. I offer evening and weekend hours, but currently these appointments are full. I do have daytime availability.
