“I have been helping individuals and families through major life issues since 1982. Clients come to me with a variety of concerns: relationship issues, conflict, anxiety, panic, eating disorders, anger, depression, posttraumatic stress, step-family issues, and adult survivors of abuse and rape. I have a specialty in grief and loss. Grief is precipitated by many things in addition to death: divorce, military experiences, illness, children leaving home, caring for aging parents, relocating, job loss, retirement, infertility, and pet loss.

I am trained in the diagnosis and treatment of emotional, mental and addictive disorders. I use a combination of traditional psychotherapy, EMDR, cognitive-behavioral and problem solving approach to enable clients to resolve issues, reconcile with their experiences and move forward with their lives.

I offer flexible hours including evening appointments. Feel free to ask questions by email or phone. To make an appointment please call the office.”
