Dr. Bettina Lehnert

“I enjoy working with kids, adults, couples and families. I work with people who are stressed, depressed, anxious, have attention deficit disorder, trauma, or are going through a challenging time in their lives. I also work with parents and kids on parenting challenges, blended families and issues related to divorce.

I select strategies according to what I think best addresses the need of the person I am working with. Often people come to me saying they have insight into their issues, but can not seem to make necessary changes. I enjoy helping people past these stuck points in their lives.

I am EMDR certified. I did a pre-doctoral intenship and a 2 year post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School training hospitals. I am young at heart, yet experienced in life and in my work. I find it easy to connect with people and am enthusiastic about my work.”
