“Having been a counselor for 30 years, I have expertise in different therapeutic techniques that can help solve painful issues. As an interactive therapist, I encourage questions and dialogue and give feedback in a non-judgmental, supportive manner. In the therapy process we may examine your life history, feelings, thoughts, behaviors, beliefs and values. I specialize in relationship counseling for heterosexual and gay couples; grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, adolescence, sexuality and addiction concerns and Adult Child of Alcoholic issues. Once an individual or couple can define why something is a problem, effective solutions for change are possible.
I sometimes utilize EMDR or Lifespan Integration. These are techniques that can help resolve trauma and anxiety.”

Ongoing grief groups for younger men and women (ages 25-55) who are widowed or who have lost a partner by death. These support groups offer a safe place to gain information about the grief process and how it may be affecting you. Join others who are facing the loss of their partner and learn how to help yourself through this challenging time. We talk about anything related to the grieving process. Widowed herself in 1992 at the age of 44, Beverly Bridge offers a personal perspective to the grief process as the group facilitator.
