Ms. Beverly Janowitz-Price

I have been a therapist since 1977, starting out working in the substance abuse field. I am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. I firmly believe that the majority of our issues began in childhood, some of which can be very subtle. I like to work with people on healing their underlying issues. I believe in using the therapy process to find our true selves and, ideally, achieve inner peace.

Although I've been a substance abuse counselor since 1977, I prefer to work with people already in recovery. I also specialize in sex addiction issues, as well as co-sex addiction and sexual abuse issues. I most enjoy working with individuals, believing that any relationship problems are connected to each person's individual issues.

I have been in codependence recovery since April 25, 1987 and am the former Executive Director of the National Council on Codependence.
