I believe sometimes life sucks! Heartbreak and personal chaos is an inevitable part of the human condition . My first goal is to get you to relax and to understand there is hope. My second focus is to let you know after you tell me your unique story I understand. I will encourage you by noting that you are very brave to identify an issue and to ask for help. If your situation warrants it we will develop a strategy for the next 24 hours. After a complete assessment I will be solution focused, practical and your personal cheerleader.

My training and life experiences makes me a therapist who is practical, personal and sometimes humorous. Homework is something I use. My relationship counselling is based on Gottmann's research therapy. Pre marriage and post divorce counselling is also my focus. Anxiety/depression recovery is my secondary focus.

Unique life experiences both good and bad filtered through 30+ years of marriage and parenting gives me empathy and insights to my client's challenges. My teaching and ministry background in a multicultural community also presents to my clients diverse strategies and approaches for solutions and hope.
