Mr. Billy Ledford

I have over ten years of experience working in the addiction treatment and mental health fields. I have received training in cognitive therapy, meditation practices, Rapid Reduction Technique (for PTSD) and a form of self-inquiry called The Work of Byron Katie. I specialize in working with individuals interested in personal growth, spiritual development, conflict resolution, and healthy relationships. I also specialize in working with the LGBT populations.

I am the only therapist in northeast Louisiana who has had training in The Work of Byron Katie and Integrative Restoration -- two methods of meditative self-inquiry that have been shown to be very effective in helping people become free of negative conditioning and thought patterns.
