I believe that psychological and relational healing happens through developing a strong therapeutic relationship that is empathic and supportive. I specialize in mood issues (anxiety, depression, bipolar), personality issues, sexual orientation and transgender concerns, and multicultural issues. I provide a holistic style of therapy that is rooted in psychodynamic principals. This approach encourages development in all areas of life: relationships, emotions, thoughts, and actions. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I also conduct psychological/educational for ADHD and learning disorders.
I am experienced in working with individuals from all areas of the LGBTQIA umbrella and a wide breadth of cultural and religious identities. I affirm all sexual orientations, gender identities, religions, and cultural identities.
In addition to individual and couples therapy, I specialize in psychodynamic/process oriented group therapy. Group therapy can be utilized as your primary therapy or as a compliment to your individual therapy (with myself or another therapist). This group therapy provides an amazing experience to develop personal and relational identity.

I am recruiting members for a long-term process oriented psychotherapy group of 6-8 members. This group will meet on either Friday evenings or Saturday mornings. It is open to a wide range of adults with nearly any mental health or relationship concern. All genders, all ages (above 18), all cultures are welcome. In this group, members grow in their personal and relationship identities by supporting one another and building relationships with another. It is a safe environment in which members work to establish a level of trust that allows them to talk personally and honestly.
