During my long career, I've integrated the best of interpersonal relationship therapy, cognitive therapy, the latest science on the brain including interpersonal neurobiology and the current theories from the exciting field of Positive Psychology. I am a "Nationally Certified Group Psychotherapist" and graduate of Martin Seligman"s, "Authentic Happiness Coaching Program".

This ten week group will help you learn and implement new scientific strategies from the emerging field of Positive Psychology. Participants will have opportunities to learn and practice new experiential exercises designed to decrease mild-moderate depression in a supportive, collaborative, energetic interpersonal context. Pre and post testing will allow you to measure the increases in your levels of happiness, engagement and meaning.
