“I work with both individuals and couples and provide a therapy experience that is accepting and non-judgemental, open, genuine and reliable. I also provide a quiet place away from your everyday life in which to explore what is most troubling you. I help people with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, eating disorders, physical and sexual abuse, and spiritual growth. I am particularly interested in how our unconscious mind can make us do things we know are against our better interest, while also being the source of our deepest creativity.

I have a particular interest in mind/body healing. I believe that pain, suffering, and confusion are a part of life and provide an opportunity for us to connect to our deepest selves. This connection is facilitated through work with dreams, guided meditation, deep relaxation and a technique called focusing.

My life and practice have been enriched by my personal therapy, which has helped me to understand deeply the struggle of my clients, and my spiritual exploration, including both Hindu and Buddhist meditation, as well as a program of mind/body healing based on the Jewish mystical tradition of the Kabbalah.”
