This group addresses coping strategies that aid with the conflicting emotional states of adolescents that lead to: Anger, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Substance Use, Family and Peer conflict

For parents who are dealing with children in emotional distress. Talking with other parents helps one to feel not so alone in the "challenging task" of teen parenting.
