Overanxious? Overwhelmed? Depressed? Lonely? Confused? Demoralized? Bored? Abused? Abusive? Too angry? Too reckless? Too timid? Haunted by thoughts or memories? I serve adults and adolescents with troubles related to mood (anxiety, depression, anger management), relationships, sex or sexuality, compulsions, need for adjustment to change or loss, disorganization, job or school performance, or other problems listed or not on this page. Throughout a long career I have helped people recover from abuse, molestation and trauma. I also offer couples and family therapy and if appropriate am ready to refer you to a medication prescriber or collaborate with one you have now.
We might work with dreams, fantasies, artwork, whatever expresses soul. Let's discover what triggers or drives your problems or symptoms, disturbing mood, thinking or behavior. Let's find ways to break that pattern, to better understand and accept life, and to take and stay on the right path forward.
Your health insurance may cover most or all of the cost even if you see me out-of-network. I can handle all the routine insurance paperwork. Credit and debit cards are accepted at my both my offices. I practice Tuesdays through Saturdays including some evenings. Ask about Skype sessions.
