I am dedicated to helping clients discover their potential by using Mindfulness-Based processes. In addition to my private practice, I have worked with Sharp Mesa Vista Hospital for over 14 years. With over 25 years of experience as a counselor and administrator with non-profit wellness organizations, I am experienced to assist you in your therapy process.
Affordable, Effective, Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy. My fee for therapy is $100 per 50 minute session. I offer a sliding fee scale for those who qualify and provide a Superbill for out of network services. Thanks
