“I have been counseling since 1992, when I began my training at Purdue University. I specialize in marriage/family therapy, anger management, addictions and sexual issues. I am a Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist. My goal is to "work myself out of a job" by empowering clients to work through core issues, gain needed insights and tools, and make behavioral changes which allow for more success and fulfillment both personally and professionally. Integrating healing components such as interpersonal forgiveness, assertive boundary work, traditional talk therapy and experiential/expressive therapies, my challenging yet respectful approach allows hope, healing and meaningful change to emerge
Since 1996, I have worked at PCS, a nationally recognized outpatient treatment center (pcs@pcsearle.com). At the heart of my practice is teaching people how to find balance and fulfillment through living life from their "Real Self", and therefore shifting out of "shame based", "fear based" or "performance based" living.
I'm very compassionate and respectful, yet tough when needed. My clients tell me they appreciate that balance. I want my office to always be safe, but not always comfortable. If you want to get to what needs to be addressed, I believe I can help you do that!”
