Dr. Brooke White

I provide psychological services to address a wide variety of concerns, challenges and transitions. I use approaches that have been scientifically shown to be effective. I view the therapeutic process as a partnership between myself and the client. My approach is adjusted to meet the unique needs of each individual client, and I seek to provide an open, supportive forum in which to explore your life and reach your personal goals. With my support you can identify the areas of your life that are not working and make a plan to create growth, change and improvement, allowing you to live the life you desire.

I have specialized training in the treatment of PTSD/trauma, anxiety and stress. I have worked with civilians, military personnel and family members of people suffering from PTSD/trauma. I focus on the treatment of the mind and body, and incorporate mindfulness into much of my work.
