I am highly committed to my clients' happiness - Mind, Body & Soul. I have been trained by Dr. Sue Johnson - "the best couple therapist in the world" (John Gottman). Also at 60, I have seen LIFE ... both highs and lows, happiness and sadness, incredible love, separation, etc. Life is full of valleys and mountains. Together, we will discover new hope. You need to tell your partner: "For me to be happy in this relationship, I NEED ...", and to ask each other: "What can I give you for your happiness ... that will help you give me what I need for my happiness?"

My approach is holistic and solution focused. It focuses on how you and your partner can meet each other's "10 + 1 Emotional Needs" e.g. for respect and appreciation, love and affection, honesty and openness, etc. ... and how emotional closeness and sexual intimacy will follow.

I am one of the few trained and experienced Certified Sex Addiction Therapists (CSATs) in Ontario - the only one in Guelph, KW, and western Ontario. I treat both addicts and their partners. I have been trained by the highly respected Dr. Patrick Carnes and I use the Sexual Recovery Program.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
