These classes and/or workshops are geared towards addressing relationship issues. Poor communication, lack of intimacy, anger, marriage planning, marriage maintenance are some of the challenges addressed in this group. This group also teaches practical techniques towards developing healthy relationships. This interactive group requires active participation through assignments to be applied at home. (homework). Both classes and workshops follow a Cognitive/Behavioral model of therapeutic intervention for relational restoration.
