You may want tools. You certainly want results, and to develop some capacities that you haven't seen for a while. That works for me.

It is through ordinary conversation that I assist clients to explore their situations, become aware of things they've ignored, and capitalized on their strengths. While I can make suggestions I find clients' own insights often superior to what I might imagine would assist them.

I have studied in great detail the issues associated with relationships; depression and anxiety; men; spiritual and religious concern; substance abuse. In fact I am a generalist with a wide range of experience, including supervising other clinician's work and the evidence-based development of organizations.”
