This workshop was created for court ordered defendents and others within the community wanting to explore issues of powerlessness, anger and anxiety that can lead to socially risky behaviors. The workshop focuses on becoming aware of ones own thought processes and feelings and responding with self care vs. reacting and causing harm to self and others. Workshop is offered 1-2 times each month.
