“I am a licensed marriage and family therapist of 26 years specializing in the dynamics of addiction and how it affects the family system. Besides chemical dependency, I work with sexual and gambling addictions, as well as eating and other mental disorders. I am trained in family intervention and believe in raising the bottom for the affected client so that intervention can occur before unnecessary damage. Additionally, I offer evaluations for anxiety, panic, and depression. I genuinely and compassionately work with the sensitivity required to help others reach their true potential and believe that love is the power that heals.

My heart is in working with the mind, body, and spirit with an in-depth psychotherapy approach. This approach also includes Interactive Guided Imagery. This process invites the client to reach the unconscious, underlying issues that could prevent them from achieving personal wholeness and growth.

Couples often feel more comfortable with therapy when working with two therapists. For those couples, I offer the benefit of working with my spouse of 35 years. We can jointly conduct sessions for couples or groups. We both have training in experiential and psycho-educational modalities.”
