“Honoring the worth and dignity of every person, my caring, supportive and professional approach provides you the opportunity for healing and positive growth. Integration of my nursing experience into my psychotherapy practice has enhanced my capacity for compassion and respect. Ultimately, our work together leads to increased self-awareness, relief from suffering, enjoyment of a greater range of emotional experience, and engagement in more meaningful relationships with others.
Successful therapy lies within the client-therapist relationship. As we work together, I incorporate diverse ideas and approaches based upon your unique personal needs, creating an intensity of experience which removes obstacles to growth, allowing transformation to occur.
I work with individuals, couples and families on a wide range of emotional issues, including loss and grief, trauma recovery, couples issues, pre-marital counseling, depression, anxiety, personal growth, illness related challenges, gender role adjustment and multicultural concerns. Weekend and evening office hours are available.”
