My job as a therapist is to help facilitate your self analysis, help you identify issues and evaluate your options and goals, and help provide an objective view of your situation.

In couples counseling, my role is to facilitate better commmunication so that you will understand your own and your partner's positions. There are certain prinicples for good relationships that can be learned. We explore your beliefs, expectations, compatibility, gender differences and ways to increase your friendship and fun.

I have been married many years and have children and am aware of the many challenges of relationships and parenting. My help comes from experience as well as training.”
