I have been working with dual diagnosis-addicitons and mental illness-for five years. I often refer to the 12 steps and cognitive behavioral therapy to treat addictions; however, if you feel that the 12 steps don't work for you, I am open to suggestions.
If you are interested in using Skype or Gmail video as a means to receive therapy, I am open to this as long as your insurance company will allow, or we can set up a payment plan.
