Do you want to stop feeling alone and overwhelmed? Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions. I can help guide you in overcoming both your current and past obstacles in order to build a better and more manageable future for yourself. I have extensive experience working in private practice and in healthcare settings on multi-disciplinary teams in several large cities including New York City, Toronto, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. I earned two master's degrees from Columbia University in Social Work and Public Health and am licensed in the State of California.
Over the past twelve years, I have been devoted to the physical, psychological, and social well-being of my clients and the community as a whole. I have offered crisis intervention, case management, biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments, and short and long-term therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
My specialties lie in trauma, depression, chronic pain, anxiety, and eating disorders. I also offer in-home services, evening appointments, and a sliding scale to accommodate the needs of my clients.
