I work with individuals and couples who are interested in deepening their understanding of themselves, their relationships, and their patterns. I offer guidance and support with relational issues, anxiety, depression, personal transitions, suppressed creativity & vitality, and body image & eating issues. While working together, we may focus on feelings, thought processes, and physical sensations, in order to support positive relationships, emotional health, and increased awareness & empowerment.

I work from an integrative, holistic perspective, believing that our holding patterns are often stored in our bodies as well as our minds. With my experience in the bodywork field since 2003, I have seen that the deepest, most long-lasting change often occurs when the whole person is addressed.

I believe counseling is a collaborative effort which is successful with an individual's energy, courage, and commitment to look deep within. I offer a free, in-person consultation so we can become clear about the path you are interested in. I look forward to hearing from you.
